Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason, please call customer service at 866-760-6027 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Defective Products
Pure Green Supplies will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for any defective products. Once we receive the defective product, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Defective Products
Non-defective products will be returned at the customers expense. Returned products must be in new unused condition. Returned products must arrive at our facility within 45 days from the original shipping date.
