LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Mail Green Remanufactured Ink Cartridges

Pure Green Supplies, LLC (”Pure Green”) warrants it’s Mail Green remanufactured ink cartridge (“Cartridge”) to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for the life of the Cartridge.

Should the Cartridge prove to be defective, return Cartridge to your dealer, or to Pure Green for 
replacement or refund. Proof of purchase is required.

Replacement cartridges will be shipped freight prepaid to all customers in the U.S. and Canada. 
Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.

Pure Green further warrants that the product will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the equipment for which it is intended. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, accident, modification, improper maintenance, improper storage or installation, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or damage caused by disasters such as flood, fire, lightening, or improper electrical current.

If a defect in the Cartridge causes damage to the postage meter printhead, Pure Green will reimburse the customer for the cost of a replacement printhead. Additional parts, service fees and labor costs are not covered under the terms of this agreement. It should be noted that printheads are considered consumable items by Pitney Bowes. Please refer to the operator guide for published printhead cycle counts and proper printhead and wiper blade maintenance.

Part cost reimbursement under this limited warranty is dependent upon the end-user promptly providing Pure Green with written evidence satisfactory to Pure Green that the printhead damage was due to a defect in the Cartridge. Such evidence must include a copy of the service call receipt from a service representative authorized by Pitney Bowes. The service receipt must clearly display the printhead part cost and a statement describing the ink cartridge as the cause of the printhead damage. The end-user must return the defective cartridge to the dealer or to Pure Green prior to receiving warranty reimbursement.

This limited warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, alteration, accident or misuse (including failure to operate the equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications) by the user.

End User satisfaction is also fully warranted. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return Cartridge for a full refund. Returns will be shipped freight pre-paid.

Except as provided in this written warranty, neither Pure Green, it’s affiliates, it’s parent company, nor the dealer shall be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, including direct, incidental or inconsequential damages including lost profits, business revenue or goodwill resulting from the use of, or inability to use the Cartridge.

The end-user has the legal right to enforce this limited warranty. Pure Green’s liability hereunder shall be limited to the replacement, refund or reimbursement as provided above and does not extend to 
consequential damages. This limited warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other express warranties.
