Our recycling program, “The Green Mailroom Initiative” provides our customers with an easy way to recycle their empty ink cartridges, and get paid in the process. We offer cash back on select cartridges, and we pay for the shipping.

Simply call us at (866) 760-6027, or email [email protected] to request a pre-paid return shipping label. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

• Cartridge type and model number
• Cartridge quantity
• Number of boxes containing empty cartridges
• Weights and dimensions of each box
• Pickup address (for FedEx)
• Company/Organization name
• Contact name
• Contact phone (required for FedEx)
• Contact email address (to send pre-paid return shipping label)
• Payee name for the check

Once we receive the above information, we’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label and a Recycling Order Confirmation outlining how much we will be paying you for the empty ink cartridges.

You’ll just need to print the pre-paid return shipping label, tape it to the box containing the empties, and leave the box with your FedEx driver or drop it off at a FedEx location.
